The NEBOSH Certificate Environmental Management is an internationally recognised environmental qualification from an established, independent examination board with over 25 years’ experience in providing up to date and relevant examinations.

This course has been developed for multinational organisations in all sectors, mindful of international standards or directives, and at the same time adaptive to local needs. It provides a training programme to organisations with a global presence seeking to adopt an internationally recognised environmental standard for their staff.

The syllabus incorporates international, technical and other standards, where they exist. In other cases, requirements and practices that represent 'good practice' are followed. This unit refers to the practical assignment.


RECOMMENDED COURSE STUDY TIME

Unit EC1: 35 hours tuition and 25 hours private study (Total: 60 hours)

Unit EC2: 2 hours tuition and 8 hours private study (Total: 10 hours)

A programme of study there needs to be based around a minimum of 37 taught hours and approximately 33 hours of private study for an overall total of 70 hours.
